Target also heading for the cities....
Interesting to know whether recent boom in fresh food financing intiatives (i.e. public subsidy programs designed to lure supermarkets to cities) has anything to do with Target’s interest in expanding to urban areas. (Although: Is Target eligible for such programs? ANd if it were, would it be bringing in enough fresh food to balance the ocean of processed stuff they are also selling?)
